This new mast is made by the same company that makes the tripod and smaller mast. Construction is 6061-T6 aluminium and all parts are anodized black. Thumb collar-locks make extending and collapsing the mast quick and easy.                    

  

The overall extended length of the mast is 16'. When collapsed the mast is approximately 37". Mast comes with 20" long adapter tube for tripod. When mounted on the tripod the overall length above ground is approximately 19'.

 

The top of the mast has a solid Delrin 1/2" NPT adapter for securing into our center Tee. The bottom of the mast has a collar lock for securing onto the adapter tube on the tripod.

 

This is a photo with the mast at full extension.  Included with this larger mast is a guying system which includes nylon braided cord, 3 ground stakes, and 3 line tighteners (no need for fancy knots!).
